Product or service reviewed: Heat pump x 2

I originally contacted AirPro to provide me with a second opinion on both my units. They came out at the agreed time and found the problem with the non working unit immediately. At my request I asked for my 14 year old unit to be repaired. I felt no pressure whatsoever to repair or replace the unit. Once repaired it became apparent that I truly needed a new unit. AirPro was such a pleasure to work with during this process. I would recommend AirPro to anyone having heat pump issues. My new Carrier unit was installed two days after making the decision to purchase a new unit. I cannot thank everyone for such excellent prompt service. I will definitely use them again!

I have been using Air Pro for twenty years. My entire system had to be replaced in 1998 and after Hurricane Matthew in 2016. This company's communication that includes phone, email service, and their employees service at my home has been extremely professional, on time, and makes me relax knowing all systems are in top notch working order.
